Barbara Cripps-Owner and CEO:

Barbara is a veteran and women business owner. She has over 40 years of experience in the industry. Barbara focuses on the development and implementation of corporate practices to ensure a responsive and strategically focused team, capable of playing an integral role in promoting and achieving the company’s business goals and objectives. Mrs. Cripps’ leadership abilities have contributed to a sustainable and repeatable safety record, on time job completions and profitability for her former Company. Barbara administrates all aspects of the company’s internal and external business processes. As a member of the board, she is accountable for all processes, revisions and recommendations.
Kevin Cripps-President:

As President and member of the board of Gen3 Energy Services LLC, Kevin is responsible for overseeing the construction operations of the company’s diverse disciplines. As President, Kevin helps to refine best practices across all areas of construction while striving to promote Gen3 Energy Services primary objectives of customer satisfaction and the professional growth of their employees.
Since 1995, Kevin has held a number of key positions within the industry; including Vice President of Safety Administration and the Operator Qualification (OQ) Training and Evaluation Program. Kevin represents the company through participation in industry-related organizations, associations and events. He has served as President of the North Carolina Utility Contractors Association (NCUCA) and is a member of the board of the National Utility Contractors Association (NUCA). He is also a contributing member of the Southern Gas Association (SGA), American Gas Association (AGA), and Midwest Energy Association (MEA).
